The grove gathers encounters and projects that have addressed earth justice, ecological inquiry, the relationality of all living things, and a nature-culture perspective. The projects listed here work to address the economic, racial, settler-colonial, and cultural concerns imbricated in the challenges faced today on the planet. How can somatic and embodied practices support and nurture our relationship with the earth? This relatedness is sometimes called an ecosomatic approach, and what feels necessary to state explicitly is the interconnection of all oppressive / or hegemonic forces in the ecological challenges faced today.
