
Vivid Grove Administrative Support
Part Time and Remote (10-20 hours/month)
Compensation: Based on experience, range around $30/hour.
Schedule: Rolling applications until January 10. Flexible hours, with potential paid onboarding as soon as position is filled.
The vivid grove is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the operation, growth, and management of classes, programs, mentorship sessions, and archival materials. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience and excellent time-management, who is able to hold multiple facets of a small business – from the technical to the overarching vision.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Meet with Margit to brainstorm around offerings, including: visioning, scheduling, promotion, pricing, expanding/developing program.
- Gather and write material for newsletters, offerings, and PR.
- Develop, organize, edit, and manage access to an audio and video archive.
- Create social media posts.
- Expand reach: envision marketing and make contacts for community collaboration.
- Help manage longer-term educational programs.
- Create signup forms and manage class registration.
- Help update the vivid grove website.
- Support administration for movement projects
Desired Skills:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and independent follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Vimeo, Canva, Webflow, Google Workspace, Social Media platforms.
- Comfortable balancing simultaneous responsibilities and emergent priorities.
- Comfortable shifting between big picture and minutiae.
- Versed in interpersonal communication and collaboration.
- Experience with small business.
- Familiarity with somatic movement arts is a plus.
